Responsible for Emergency Response Plane (ERP)
Emergency Cases .
Monitoring on the panel all Fire Fighting devices and
the situation is safe.
Directing the Rapid Intervention Team to the place where theFire Alarm.
Follow up the Activities for the Fire Fighting Team.
Ensure that all devices in normal state and informing the concerned departments if there any technical problem.
Ability for reading the P&ID (Process and Instrument Diagram) and the lay out diagram for all Fire Fighting equipment in the plant.
Follow up the Weekly Test for the Fire Fighting Pumps andother equipment in the plant.
Coordinate with the Production department if there are any
non routine activities.

Team leader of the Size Reduction Equipment (over size mill, Process Screen, polishing Screen
Hot Loop Test Team for (instruments, Transmitters, on/off valves, positional valves and Dampers
Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and
documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators
Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the initial period of operation
Coordination with the MCC Room for the commissioning of the motors of the plant equipments
Coordination with the field operator for the commissioning and the solo Run of motor of the pumps in scrubber Area

Responsible for the plant equipment inspection lists.
Handling and Supervising for Fire Pumps and Fire
Fighting System.
Dealing with some service companies for the factory.
Dealing with SAP Program to contact with the store for PPE.
Identify and correct potential hazard by inspection facilities, machinery and safety equipment.
Apply the basic of HSE in the accident investigation.
Conduct HSE toolbox talks for new employee.
Review employee safety programs and recommend
improvements.
Watching out the safety of all workers and work to
protect them from entering unsafe situation.
Develop procedures and design systems to prevent people from getting injured and to keep property from being damaged.
Enforce safety guideline for protecting the workers.
Take the necessary procedures for the Confined Space (inside Tanks
Knowledge the type of Work Permits and How dealing with its.
Take the necessary action for the Sandblasting & painting of the Tank internally.
Examination some Equipment such as (Compressor - Forklifts - Transportation Vehicles).
Conduct HSE toolbox talks and trainings.
Conducts safety assessments/inspections of project activities.

Checking and Receiving Scaffolding.
Take action during Drilling operations & Welding operations especially the presence of live lines
Take action during Heat treatment process for the pipe lines.
Take action during Pneumatic Test & Hydro Test (Air Blowing - Flashing).
Conducts safety assessments/inspections of project activities.
