* Direct all procurement activities and processes for an annual-valued operations of EGP 250 million, including purchasing plans, production plans and execution methods.
* Determine bidders list, analyze quotations, read data sheets and blueprints, select qualified vendors, negotiate prices and ship terms and manage inventory control.
* Establish procurement and purchasing database to provide status on all requisitions and review accurately all purchase orders, purchase agreements and service agreements.
* Seek ways to reduce purchasing costs on all items or parts through engineering knowledge and successful negotiations.
* Expedite purchasing and contracting actions with increased operations economy by establishing comprehensive purchasing controls.

القيام بحلقة الوصل بين العملاء وبين الشركة ومتابعة تنفيذ الأعمال الخاصة بهم والتأكد من مطابقتها لما هو مطلوب حتى مرحلة التسليم.
هذا بالإضافة للإشراف على ورشة تصنيع مواد الدعاية الخاصة بالشركة.
