Responsible for initiating/identifying new business opportunities/projects including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products and services, In Egypt & Bahrain in my capacity as a member in the Investment & Business Development committee.
1) Lunching (Du trade) App (zero commission brokerage business model in Egypt).
2) Establishing a company & License (Du Crypto) in Lithuania for cryptocurrencies trading
in the middle east. “I consider this initiative a personal achievement”
3) Launching (Mubasher OTC), a portal from Mubasher group, which allows investors to
trade in unlisted securities, by matching the buyers and the sellers through a portal.
Responsible for handling M&A transactions for the benefit of Mubasher group in Dubai &
Egypt & Saudi Arabia.
• Successfully closed a complete exit deal of our stake (76.97%) in the brokerage company
in UAE “Al-Safwa Mubasher” to KBBO group. The deal size is AED 260 M.
Participated in a capital increase transaction for one of the Al-Oula mortgage-finance
company in Egypt for the benefit of the existing shareholders (Deal size is EGP 330 m).
• Prepare IB proposals for the approval of Management and undertake the deals assignments on
approval or as per policies of the Group.
• Coordinate with investment institutions, investment brokers, banks and financial institutions
and regulatory authorities for advisory work.
• Review business valuations & INFO MEMOS and assist in conducting and reviewing
feasibility studies and mergers and acquisition studies.
• Assist in identifying and bringing new business opportunities and generate additional income.

In-depth financial statement analysis, share valuation and valuation of investment projects,
financial structuring and re-engineering, structuring and restructuring of debt/external
financing, designing mergers and acquisitions, as well as follow-through to due diligence and
deal closing.
• Screening and profiling of potential investment opportunities in the transport sector for EBRD
in Egypt for 1 and half year.
• Coaching analyst and senior analyst, and managing excel-based financial models.
• Successfully closed a debt raise deal (Syndicated loan) for a startup company operating
in the transport sector (The deal size is EGP 120 Million).
• Prepared an information memorandum and marketing presentation, and financial model
AND participated in a road show & negotiations phase for a leading company operating
in the commodity trading sector, in our capacity as the sell side advisor of the company in
an M&A transaction (Estimated deal size is hovering around USD 100 Million).
• Prepared a valuation model for (Saudi high net worth individual), as part of our role as a buy-
side advisor to acquire Canadian international collogue “CIC”.
• Prepared a valuation presentation for Ragab Sons, as part of our role as a buy-side advisor to
acquire Spinneys Egypt.
• Successfully closed M&A deal for a leading packaging company specialized in food and
pharmaceutical packaging (Taba group), as part of our role as a sell-side advisor (deal
size is EGP 250 million).
• Successfully closed a full acquisition deal for a Egyptian insurance company (Solidarity)
by a strategic investor (lebano-suisse), as part of our role as a sell-side advisor (deal size
is EGP 60 million).
• Participated in a debt restructure deal for a leading company specialized in producing
steel (Estimated deal size is EGP 1.6 Billion).
• Participated in negotiations process & Due Diligence process (Legal and financial) for a
leading company specialized in medical service in Egypt “International Eyes Hospital”
(the deal size is EGP 88 Million, which represents 51% stake in the company).
• Identifying new Private equity firms/anchor investors.
Compiling data for Credit Packages
• Performing financial statements analysis and industry analysis for diversified portfolio to
different sectors including: manufacturing, tourism, real estate, construction

Conducting valuations using Discounted Cash Flow method (DCF) and comparative multiples
for companies working in the basic materials, transportation and food & beverage.
• Carried out financial spreading, revenue/cogs projections.
• Coaching analysts and senior analysts in writtin Info memos and build a financila model.
