3) Launching (Mubasher OTC), a portal from Mubasher group, which allows investors to

Egypt & Saudi Arabia.
• Successfully closed a complete exit deal of our stake (76.97%) in the brokerage company
in UAE “Al-Safwa Mubasher” to KBBO group. The deal size is AED 260 M.

• Prepared a valuation presentation for Ragab Sons, as part of our role as a buy-side advisor to
acquire Spinneys Egypt.
• Successfully closed M&A deal for a leading packaging company specialized in food and
pharmaceutical packaging (Taba group), as part of our role as a sell-side advisor (deal
size is EGP 250 million).
• Successfully closed a full acquisition deal for a Egyptian insurance company (Solidarity)
by a strategic investor (lebano-suisse), as part of our role as a sell-side advisor (deal size
is EGP 60 million).
• Participated in a debt restructure deal for a leading company specialized in producing
steel (Estimated deal size is EGP 1.6 Billion).
• Participated in negotiations process & Due Diligence process (Legal and financial) for a
leading company specialized in medical service in Egypt “International Eyes Hospital”
(the deal size is EGP 88 Million, which represents 51% stake in the company).
• Identifying new Private equity firms/anchor investors.
