▪Create, Develope & update of the company's organizational chart and headcount report as per the company objectives & Business Plan.
▪Conduct the job analysis for the new positions and update of all job descriptions to ensure that all jobs are accurately described.
▪Build Performance Management System and managing implementation process aligns with organizational goals.
▪Designe and maintain the organization's performance system and updating of Key performance indicators (KPIs) in all functions.
▪Create and update employee career path for career development and succession planning purposes.
▪Create, update Human Resources policies, procedures and employee handbook.
▪Design, implement and update company compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
▪Conduct job evaluation and determine the right job grade and level.
▪Following up on annual contract renewals.
▪Deliver the company onboarding for work practices to newly hired.
▪Prepare reports with final data concerning labor turnover.
▪Responsible for the overall administration of tests &evaluation of candidates.
▪Conduct exit interviews and make analysis
Job Description:
▪Leading, Supervise and coaching the recruiting team and reporting on their performance.
▪Arrange training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
▪Implement new sourcing methods.
▪Coordinate and Participate in job fairs and career events to find prospective employees.
▪Prepare weekly reports to show tasks in progress, the number of qualified candidates found.

▪Lead annual performance management process, including continuous improvement of strategy, process, forms, tools/resources, communication plan, and timeline.
▪Create KPIs By Performance Management System (PMS) Using Factories From Job Analysis J/A for KPIs
▪Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
▪Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
