QA/QC engineer
Work closely with engineering, mechanical and civil construction engineers, procurements and planning & cost control staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties:
• Responsible for preparing technical submittal and discussing it with the consultant of the project.
• coordinate between sites, engineering, owner and consultant requirements during execution phase.
• awarding jobs to subcontractors, follow up the activities closely, arranging payments and prevent unnecessary changes that may cause claims.
• Responsible for QC Issue from the beginning of construction till project handover.
• fully responsible for contractual issue related to the contract, claims, variation order, issuing invoices and follow up for payment .
• arrange meetings and make minutes of meeting with complete follow up .
• Responsible for contractually correspondence with the client.
