Projects: EEP head office, Redbull head office in Egypt, Residential villas.
• Checking technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards and project requirements.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Cost Estimating for materials and resources required for project feasibility
• Monitoring execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications
• Check quantities and certify payments for subcontractors and client.
• Recording daily events and activities to evaluate process and improve productivity.
Projects: High speed railway (viaduct and train station), Amal city bridge, Fayoum bridge.
• Study projects documents (contracts, drawings, specs, BOQ). And prepare detailed time schedules using primavera within approved planning process.
• Follow up procurement phase and perform material usage tracking sheets and reports compared to budget.
• Monitoring cost allocation of project resources, revising invoices and checking the variations.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Recording productivity rate for subcontractors, Man power and equipment, then comparing them to planned values.
Project: Edecs head quarter builidng at Cairo business park.
• Supervise the execution of project activities including Concrete, electromechanical, finishing and furnishing, to ensure that work is executed as per specifications.
• Manage Project Resources and delivery dates to ensure that activities are running as schedule and with highest quality.
• Perform Quantity take off for all items, Subcontractors Invoices, Client Invoices and Weekly site expenses.
• Manage Handing over, testing, commissioning and snagging of project.
Project: Green square compound.
• Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy of site works according to project technical specifications.
• Organizing site labor force, equipment and materials to achieve the required progress in compliance with the required quality.
• Liaising with sub-contractors.
