• Managing a team of 75 staff members towards the establishment of work processes and launching of testing and analytical services
• Leading and supervising the Development of the Laboratory Strategies for transformation from a State-owned and controlled organization to an Autonomous and Impartial organization through a full Corporatization Plan
• Supervising, reviewing, evaluating and approving the work of more than 15 international consultants who helped the laboratory under the EU subsidy to establish systems and work flows of the Laboratory.
