• Project & Interface Execution: Led on-site electrical execution for 150+ MW Solar Blocks,
managing a multi-disciplinary workforce of 80+ technicians and subcontractors across electrical,
civil, and mechanical interfaces to achieve Mechanical Completion ahead of schedule.
• MV/HV & Grid Integration: Supervised AC/MV cabling, terminations, power transformer
positioning, and RMUs; directed complex HV pre-commissioning testing, protection relay
calibrations, and SCADA network integrations toward seamless grid synchronization.
• Solar Asset Management: Managed the installation and QA/QC inspection of DC/AC assets,
including PV modules, string wiring, combiner boxes, and grid-tied central inverters in strict
compliance with IEC 62548, IEC 61724, and IFC design criteria.• Project Controls & Engineering Review: Tracked daily field progress against the master
Primavera P6 schedule, managed punch lists, and reviewed approved engineering packages (SLDs
& Cable Schedules), securing SAT/FAT sign-offs with the Owner's Engineer.
• HSE & Logistics Compliance: Enforced site-wide safety protocols specializing in NFPA 70E and
IEEE 1584 Arc Flash procedures, while supporting procurement in quantity verification and
technical goods inspections.
