• Main Duties:
- Establishing the project overall vision, and the specific vision for each component of the project
- Managing the project operation process in coordination with the other departments of the company (Construction, Handing over, Finance, feasibility….etc.)
- Managing all design aspects dealing with both international and local consultant to cover all projects designs.
• Project Brief:
Uptown Cairo is located in Mokattam, Central Cairo across 4.5 million square meters of land. The project is located on the highest point in Central Cairo, approximately 200 meters above sea level, overlooking Cairo and providing a panoramic view of the city. Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo developed the master plan for the project. The project will be constructed on a \[footprint of approximately 16 % coverage Uptown Cairo features residential areas, a school, medical centers, a business park, hotels, retail stores, leisure developments and an 18-hole golf course. Emaar Drive, a three lane highway currently under construction will facilitate access to Uptown Cairo from East, West and Central Cairo.
• Main Duties:
Managing design aspects related to one of Emaar Projects in Egypt (UTC). The scope includes Consultants’ prequalification, issuance of RFP's, and preparation of Tender assessment Reports, as well as follow up of design progress and coordination between various Consultants and Contractors.
• Project Description:
Project area is around 4.5 million square meters and is located over 200 meters above sea level perched over the highest point in the heart of Cairo with an uninterrupted view of the citadel and beyond.
The project is creating a new urban environment that combines the leisure of golf course villa and urban lifestyle centres.
• Over 1000 villas and townhouses
• More than 4000 apartments
• Two hotels with 500 bedrooms
• Championship 18 hole golf course (25% of the land)
• Roads and open spaces (35% of the land)
•Main duties and Job description are:
•Responsible for running of the site engineering department, which comprises, structural, architectural activities.
•Coordinates with services coordinators and services suppliers and draughtsman, ensuring that the various disciplines coordinators carry out full review within the time allowed by the contractual works schedule.
•Responsible for coordination with the design responsible for civil disciplines and various engineering tasks.
•Reviewing, checking and controlling documents and drawings as necessary, and submitting for final designs and studies to PM prior to onward submission to consultant.
•Coordination with client representative discipline engineers on technical issues.
•Obtaining client representatives clarifications.
•Obtaining client representatives approvals of field changes and agreeing details of customer / consultant issued variation orders.
•Ensuring preparation of as built drawings related to the company scope of works.
•Following up the schedule of subcontractors and suppliers as built drawings in coordination with the PM and the PQM and the services coordinator.
•Assisting the PQM in preparing project close out documents if necessary.

Main Duties:
•To oversee, coordinate, and report on the day to day implementation of the project quality management system as it affects on-site works, in particular; workmanship, inspections, non conformities, and corrective actions.
•To delegate responsibilities to, and coordinate the activities of, a team of quality control engineers.
•To coordinate and participate in the preparation of Method Statements.
•To control the quality of the finishing works from commencement to completion on site using the procedures as laid out in the Project Quality Plan.
•Checks Method Statements are approved with owner authorized representative and monitor their implementation.
•Advise line management on ways in which site activities can be improved in order to maximize achievable quality.
•To stop all works not proceeding in accordance with specifications/ Quality Plan / Drawings and safety procedures, reporting verbally immediately to site management and following in writing via non conformance or a site improvement notice.
Main Duties:
•Responsible About Phase 2 (5 Residential Towers, 5 Star Hotel, Commercial Center, Office Building).
•Leader of Team consist of 10 Engineers to Issuing Architecture Shop Drawings.
•Coordinates with services coordinators and services suppliers and draughtsman, ensuring that the various disciplines coordinators carry out full review within the time allowed by the contractual works schedule.
•Responsible for coordination with the design responsible for civil disciplines and various engineering tasks.
•Coordination with client representative discipline engineers on technical issues.
•Follow up with consultant for the approval of the submitted material samples.
Main Duties:
•Designing & Detailing Of Miscellaneous Villas (Built Up Area From 200sm to 750sm).
•Coordinating, Approving & Issuing Architectural Working Drawings for Project (The Arab Musical Centre-at Ramses st.) As a Project Management Office.
•Assisting in Design, Development & Working Drawings For (El Mohandseen Resort At North court).
•Assisting in Studding, Development & Presentation for (The Foreign Ministry-at eltahreer Square).
Main Duties
•Assisting In Design, Working Drawings & bill Of Quantities For Project (Al Khalefa Resort at el Geleaa)
•Assisting In Design, Working Drawings & bill Of Quantities For Project (The American Kuwaitian Hospital)
•Designing & Detailing Of Miscellaneous Villas (Built Up Area From 390sm to 2000sm).
