STRATEGY
- Design and manage the process of organization development.
- Formulate and recommends all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identify and monitor the organization's culture and promote employee satisfaction.
- Evaluate company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the
company.
| ADMINISTRATION
- Establish the company wage and salary structure.
- Lead competitive market research.
- Control all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
- Protect the interests of the employees and the company by HR policies, governmental
laws, and regulations
| RECRUITMENT
- Establish standard hiring practices necessary to recruit and hire needed workforce.
- Complete the entire hiring cycle and chair any employee selection committees or
meetings.
| LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Establish an in-house employee training system: training needs assessment, new
employee onboarding, management development.
- Develop and monitor the spending of the training budget.
- Provide all necessary materials to managers and employees.
| EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Train and coach managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and
interaction responsibilities.
- Determine and suggest employee relations practices.
- Monitor and advise managers in the progressive discipline system.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and laws.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
