Implement processes to tightly control the products movement ( Inbound & Outbound).
Implement the SOPs for the department.
Reporting to the supply chain manager & Country
Manager.
Reporting to the stakeholders both local and corporate about the deviation founds in the implementation of the supply chain plans.
Measuring the bullwhip effect between the forecast and the actual demand.
