DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Study project specification and technical information clearly to attain client requirements.
• Prepare BOQ list based on site survey for the project execution.
• Working out cost effective plan for all activities.
• Preparation and handling all project documentation and permits required
• Preparation of project progress plan for all activities
• Preparation of manpower and tools requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement department for material purchase for the project.
• Preparation of method statement, risk assessment, SAT report for all activities.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings and material submittals and
follow-up of the approval process
• Coordinate with the suppliers and manufacture for shifting the
material and equipment’s either to our store or direct to the site.
• Preparation & Handling of electrical activities procedure for installation testing & commissioning.
Such as -- cable laying, cable jointing & cable termination works up to 11kv.
-- LV / MV installation network up to 11 KV.
• Coordinate & Handling the projects with ADDC & DEWA.
Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the
works to mechanical and civil groups
• Conducting progress meetings to monitor the work progress to identify the hurdle for project completion and send the reports to the project management
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved
construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions
and inspection of works.
• responsible for preparing, issuing and processing invoices and payments
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any activities.
• Implementations and monitoring of all electrical related Works at site such as
-- LV power distribution systems (Lighting, Power, AC, …. Etc.)
-- Low current systems (Fire alarm, CCTV, Access control, …. Etc.)
-- Smart home systems
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any
Site instructions and inspection of works
• Preparation tasks of monitoring the development of installation and update to the project manager
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards .
