Job Description : Duty manager for FMW implementation team, my team is working as FMW consultant for customers who needs fusion middleware products within the taken service from cloud computing service team, we work on installing, implementing the fusion middleware part from this projects.
As duty manager I work to assign tasks among the team, follow up on status with customers on regular calls, and make sure that we are performing right progress with the scheduled time, and make sure that all engineers within the team has sufficient knowledge/skills for the needed tasks, trying to help in providing training plans for missing skills.

As TAM: I work with one of big accounts at oracle cloud services, work on putting plans for large activities, like patching all servers and DBs, upgrade project, DR planning. I put the plan, follow up on it with the assigned engineers and make sure everything is implemented as planned and on time.
