• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the projects landscape execution baseline plan and activities and keeping planning milestones of landscape on time.
• Supervising Projects approved landscape documentation, the Projects approved materials of Softscape, hardscape, irrigation and TSE for project handing over to the client.
• Formulate project parameters and assign responsibilities to the most capable site engineers, supervisors and employees.
• Cooperating with entire the project teams and departments.
• Interacting and assisting the Project Management in client meetings and making reporting, Implementation of the client needs and requirements, representing all that in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the landscaping status in the project.
• Cooperating and communicating with the Project Director and other projects participants and collaborating with projects Engineers to create more efficient project landscaping activities and maintain the projects profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering landscaping activities and making the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing the specifications of the projects landscaping equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the projects metrics and data collection throw the corporation with the planning department and LEAN department.

HBS Farms Operations Manager- landscaping & Agriculture
• Design and build new infrastructure and landscaping drawings for the farm as per the owner vision, recommendation and budget.
• Designing a special project for the irrigation of the farm with a new irrigation network. And improve efficiency across the operation, increase income/profitability and decrease expenses and effective cost management.
• Managing farm operation activities for the plants, palm, trees, mentoring farm employees and farmers.
• Train for proper landscaping and agricultural practices, liaison between farm operations, business office and management.
• Inspect fields to determine crop maturity, condition, detect disease and insect issues,
• Supervising crop operations such as planning, tilling, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
• Monitoring the farming activities such as irrigation, chemical applications and harvesting to ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry of KSA standards.
• Managing the operation of the farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, and trucks.

• Supervising and Implementation the landscaping works around the company buildings, University parks, medical city Parks, student buildings, parks, the mall of Kalamoon parks and all street and roundabouts landscaping works around the university of Kalamoon.
• Supervising and managing the plants, purchasing and other landscaping material, and landscaping machines. And supervising the maintenance processes of landscaping equipment.
• Supervising and managing and hiring and direction of landscaping staff.
• Implementation and supervision of the TSE network from the universitys sewage treatment plant and then from the irrigation networks.
• Monitor climate change and natural plant life in the area.
• Supervises and monitors animal and bird reserves and university stables, and monitors their veterinary care programs and workers.
• Design and implement all landscaping and irrigation shop drawings for all landscaping work.
• Oversees and coordinates with the inspectors to ensure that the Contractors work is adequately monitored.
• Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary with specific regard to landscape and HSSE issues, liaise with Key Stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of landscape assets on completion of works.
• Making every day and weekly reports on the site works.
• Ensure that all Contractor submissions are reviewed in a timely manner.
• Inform the Lead Landscape Architect or Resident Engineer of any potential delays in completing the project or milestones.
• Supervises and provides direction to the PM on site and assists in the dissemination of onsite instructions for landscaping, irrigation and related items.
• Verify and measure work performed in his/her field of work, record and assist the Resident Engineer to view progress against. Programmed work.
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of as-built drawings within his/her field of work. Leads, assists and monitors the performance of inspectors and investigators, as applicable.
