West Africa: Cameron, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Dem. Rep of Congo, Central Africa.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts and develop new accounts
• Nurturing existing distributor & dealer base.
• Identify & developing new re-exports markets & distributors
• Identify market trends, gaps and niches
• Business prospecting and bidding
• Conduct client presentations and negotiations
• Liaise between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management and stakeholders
• Developed and maintained expert level product knowledge
• Develop incentive and marketing programs for customers
• Monitor monthly sales & stock figures for responsible accounts.
• Determine, implement & monitor price scheme based on import duty, sales tax, delivery charges & relevant export charges
• Lead the selling process & drive the various stages of the overall selling cycle, including planning, ordering, payment, delivery & customer support.
• Regular field trip to evaluate efficiency of distribution channel.
• Propose & follow up on marketing activities (i.e. Road Shows, Exhibitions) to reach the target.

- Last Project: Driving license ID solution for Tunisia.
- Current Project: ID tender offer for Libya.
Key Achievement:
Used new sales channels and prices strategy to increase market share in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. The result was a 35% growth.
o Algeria: Target assigned $1M / achieved $1, 3M +30%
o Libya: Target assigned $400k / achieved $748k +87%
o 2012 Annual Target achieved 97%, where 80% is considered as good.
• Participate in international & regional exhibitions (e.g. Photokina-Germany, GITEX & PhotoWorld-Dubai, Photo & Film and Securex - Morocco, International Electoral Affairs Symposium - Fiji Island, Photo ProA -Algeria, ) to launch & promote new products & Solution
• Management and control of the promoters in the shop.
(Schedules, timing, location, targets, requirements, training, achievement).
• Design and implemented the posters exhibition and display of the products.
• Responsible for the endorsement of the products for the local dealers and shopkeepers
• Organize and coordinate the press release.
• Report and take corrective action as to the following:
*Clean, large and attractive displays.
*Proper utilization and stock control.
*Proper implementation of promotions, offer packs.
*Out of stock situation.
*Event’s organization (Sales, VIP days, Business Events).
• Supervised all store operation during manager’s absence.
• Control and management of the promoters.
• Ensure that the brand values and images of the company are followed.
• Handles difficulties and problems in the department with a clear focus on the target.
• Ensures that high quality customer service is provided at all times.
