Responsible for Steel Making Plant contains 4 Electric Arc Furnaces 80 ton
Tasks:
1. Follow up & report Corrective, preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
2. Supervise the daily checks & inspections of Plant equipment’s
3. Diagnose & report breakdown problems, suggest countermeasures and follow up its execution
4. Follow up Factory projects with the external technical service contractors
5. Budget Control and Spare Parts follow up
6. Upgrade obsolete equipment’s to modern technologies
7. Support and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time.
1. Hardware Selection for automation projects
2. Implementation software for projects using “SIMATIC Manager, TIA or Micro Win"
3. Implementation graphical interface "HMI" using “SIMATIC WinCC Flexible or TIA”
4. Migration old systems from S5 to S7 Controller
5. Migration old HMI’s Works at Protool to WinccFlexible Based HMI’s
6. Tests required for Panels
7. Commissioning and Start up projects in site
8. Instrumentation Commissioning "levels, Pressures, Proximity switches, Photocells"
9. Commissioning Drives “MICROMASTER, SINAMICS G110-G120”
1. Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
2. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
3. Fitting new parts.
4. Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
1. Revision of project designs Alexandria Shipping Yard (the development and modernization of Alex Shipping Yard of the Ministry of Defense).
2. Preparing of tenders proposals for Alexandria Electricity Company and other companies for medium and low voltage projects
