Summary :
Market/Supply Chain Planning
➢ Forecasting demand for products and managing their supply to the customer. This includes managing the logistics for new product initiatives/Lunch.
Customer Service Operations:
➢ Responsible for the first line contact with customers, dealing with their supply needs and ensuring products are always shipped and delivered perfectly. This involves working externally with logistics counterparts at customers and also internally with other Functions.
➢ Maintain excellent customer service and inventory management results and provide management on a daily/monthly basis actual and projected supply, demand and inventory updates.
Key Highlight:
• Distribution planning of P&G products and their timely delivery to our customers, collaborating closely with manufacturing plants, distribution centers and external logistics partners (including 3rd party distribution centers).
• Balance the challenge of reducing physical distribution cost while maintaining and improving competitive service levels to our customers by analyzing and optimizing our organization work processes and transport.
− Logistics:
➢ Own Distribution Replenishment Plan For CEEMEA Region for P&G Products
➢ Ensure accuracy plan of the daily outbound operations in line with Logistics measures.
➢ Perform short and long term schedule planning and capacity planning.
➢ Manage day-to-day activities of process including leading resolution of conflicts and adjustment plan.
➢ Manage the utilization of shipping lines and obtain optimal shipping rates / IncoTerms / Insurance policies in order to ensure cost reduction target.
➢ Own the Time & Value Stream Mapping System, to reduce the Supply Chain time to ensure the responsiveness to Shelf.
➢ Working closely with the Clearing agencies, port authority, to ensure best services.
➢ Part of the 3PL outbound Logistics team (DHL) implementation Project.
− Capability & Management:
➢ Perform planning responsibly as defined within specific work system's work and communicate requirements for process / technology Improvements.
➢ Ensure process adherence and use of best practices by executing the documented standard work processes and staying in touch with the business on a daily basis.
➢ Develop and maintain KPI's for logistics planning.

• Responsible for movements of (Raw material - Product) between different stages in supply chain Starting from Purchasing to End Customer using Multimodal of transport to achieves the supply chain objectives.
− Suppliers & Commercial Relationships:
➢ Development of New Supplier Service Level Agreements and protocol.
➢ Negotiate availability and Logistics requirements of both sides to achieve optimal prices levels, and reducing total delivered costs
➢ Lead the Monthly Supplier Performance review and Score Carding, to increase the collaboration within the end-2-end SC.
➢ Qualification for new Suppliers.
− Logistics:
➢ Improve transportation System strategies design to achieve the service levels that customers demand with minimal cost and leadtime.
➢ Determines the Freight Forwarder based on historical performance, in order to reduce transportation, shipping charges & expedites the delivery date.
➢ Manage the utilization of shipping lines and obtain optimal shipping rates / IncoTerms / Insurance policies in order to ensure cost reduction target.
➢ Working closely with the Clearing agencies, port authority, to ensure best services.
➢ Warehouse Space optimization through inventory management & optimization Projects with suppliers.

− 1M$ saving In Stock Inventory, by eliminating Tests done in sites through qualification of the Suppliers.
