Implementing different Hospital systems such as eHope system. The position also included the implementation of the system and to train users, also make sure that the new system will cover customer needs and try to communicate new customer needs to the company and make sure they are delivered in a timely manner.
Implementing different insurance systems such as Aman system. The position also included the implementation of the system and to train users and solve customer problems, also make sure that the new system will cover customer needs and try to communicate new customer needs to the company and make sure they are delivered in a timely manner.
Implementing and testing different financial systems such as AML system. The position also included the implementation of the system and to train users and make sure that the new system will cover customer needs and try to communicate new customer needs to the company and make sure they are delivered in a timely manner.
Technical support Team Leader responsible for managing the delivery of different systems on time and as required by customers according to system main requirements such as Document Management system (ImageLinks).
The position mainly required a good communication and analysis skill in order to communicate with end users to get new system requirements and to train customers on new systems. The position also required installation, and configuration skills for different system such as Document Management system (ImageLinks) and problem solving skills mainly in oracle database.
This position required different programming skills to develop accounting and financial programs offered from OPTIMIZA that covered different business needs for companies for accounts, stores, assets, checks, HR and Payroll .This position also required the need to use other programming languages in order to develop a professional user interface.
