- Managing the indoor and outdoor events.
-Proving full set-up of the events
-Consulting clients on the goals and methods of the events, adding up effective idea's and connecting it together.
- Looking up for new trends in events specially for weddings ( Mixed and separated weddings )
- Brain storming ideas and new marking tools to reach the wanted audience.
- Managing the company profile of MostWnted to share it with clients.
- Sitting with client marketing team to set the goals and validity of the events
-Brain storming the event and keeping in mind the industry of the company and the attendee profiles.
- Setting the equipments needed, specially the big items such as speakers, tables, refrigerators, etc..
- Getting the map of the event, specially if it was outdoor.
- Coordinating with the PRO's to get the security licenses
- Managed most kind of events such as new branch openings, children activities, fashion shows, retails brands, automotive showrooms and restaurant.
It was a part time job with Redbull in Sharam Shikh - I had this job next to my mandatory Egyptian Army Service. I learned the basic of work and the principles of work.
- Finalise the marketing materials with the team and check them one by one.
- Prepare the sound speakers with the DJ and check the quality agreed and range reached.
-Check the distributed quantity of the Redbull cans to be handled to the promoters.
i finished My University on Oct 2011 than i had My Army on April 2012 till to july 2013
