• Issuing all letters including the notifications to the Subcontractors/Suppliers.
• Preparation the Subcontract and Supply Agreements.
• Preparing all high-level commercial reports to the high management of the Company.
• Looking for the Suppliers/Subcontractors which are matching with the Project requirements and Budget.
• Negotiate and follow the Delivery Schedule and the payment terms with the benefit of the Company.

• Managing all EPC contracting warranties during the Defect Liability Period.
• Closing out the Contract Agreements with Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Preparation the Provisional Acceptance Certificates and the Economic Settlement.
