• Manage and responsible for Safety, Health and Environment in RIC put targets and objectives and assure achievement by periodic management review.
• Establish the system and put the pillars for HSE management system.
• Put general strategies to develop and raise H&S performance inside the plant.
• Put a detailed plan to how prevent accidents and ill health related to work.
• Develop, review, communicate and implement HSE policies in areas of responsibility
• Follow and improve the implementation of OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 certification for the company through the hazard identification and risk assessment tools & procedures.
• Complying with workplace safety standards and code of conduct.
• Manage the monitoring and inspection of internal and external environment saving personal protective equipment to employees and assure following of HSE rules and the compliance with legislation and standards regarding HSE Communication with authority regarding HSE Preparing and supervision training courses for employees regarding HSE
• Responsible for Facility Maintenance Department, putting the strategies and procedures for preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• Participate as Project Manager for the renovation project for RIC industrial plants.
