Aligned to one or more Verticals and is responsible for supporting the sales team in winning the deal by generating solution for medium to large sized or complex deals that addresses client requirements while ensuring company’s interests are met.
• Strategy Development And Deployment
Participates in sales strategy planning.
Aligning the presales structure and goals with the strategy.
Provides a presales perspective during the account planning sessions.
• Solution Definition / Integration / Generation
Works with practice teams to create the solution.
Probes the customer and asks relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements and conveys the same to the solution teams.
• Delivery Transition
Transitions the deal to the delivery team post successful conversion - explains the agreed scope and deliverables to the delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Commercial Architecting / Estimation
Coordinates with the different Practices and Delivery teams for the commercial estimates.
Develops understanding of the competitor pricing.
• Customer Management
Plans the entire customer visit and coordinates with multiple stakeholders to make the customer
visit success. Leads customer presentations and participates in other customer engagement activities.
• Demand Generation
Leads client presentations / workshops involved in demand generation effort.
• Knowledge Management
Works on case studies to be published to the external world
Focuses on activities like research to build further capability in the team
Creates standardized templates for replicating across RFPs.
• Team Management
Provides coaching support to team members to bridge identified development gaps

•Develop and keep up to date a thorough understanding of contemporary IDC technologies applicable to the MEA region.
•Maintain up to date knowledge base of the range of products promoted by the company and those of the competitors.
•Develop the relevant knowledge, techniques and skills required by attending training and through flexible means like reading product literature and web training.
•Provide technical consultancy to company clients during presales enquiries and after sale support.
•Conduct internal sales activities such as preparing quotations and updating sales tools and systems with relevant information.
•Accompany sales team members on client visits.
•Develop and deliver technical presentations to company clients and be ready to answer questions raised.
•Act as the technical reference for the marketing and sales teams in the company and answer - or be able to fetch answers for - all technical questions raised internally to help their marketing and sales campaigns.
•Monitor and report on market and competitor activities. Proactively advise the company management - through Presales manager - on future technology trends and recommend plans to improve company position as a market leader in IDC technologies in the region.
•Develop and keep up to date short term plans detailing the practical steps towards achieving above goals, and produce regular reports on the progress against these plans and discuss with the line manager.

Overcome challenges in Wimax planning and design area, to ensure radio network plans and dimensions according to commercial/business requirements & license obligations, ensure coverage plans and network quality to be the first among the competitors and innovative, appealing to the Nextgen customer base, set and ensure Wimax network requirements in terms of capacity and coverage enhancements, lead, control and manage RFPs, RFQ, BOQ & SOWs, lead, coordinate, control, manage and finalize the projects with best possible solutions for benefit of company, to build strategy for different domains, support and ensure to have clear and optimized spending plans for CAPEX and OPEX, leading, managing, handling and controlling projects, teams and tasks and enrich planning experience within the department.
