Roles and responsibilities:
1- Develop project work breakdown structure integrating all project objectives, major milestones and client requirements
2- Prepare different levels of schedules in accordance with project WBS (work breakdown structure) and client/contract requirements
3- Prepare different types of schedules Engineering, Procurement, Construction (in liaison with construction contractor), Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up Schedule
4- Coordinate, maintain and update project schedules, progress curves, man-hour expenditure and performance analysis curves/reports
5- Prepare periodical progress reports and present data to Top Management in progress review meetings
6- Control and supervise the activities undertaken by contractors, consultants and service providers through timely reviews
7- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports for the progress of construction activities
8- Issue two weeks look ahead for site team to apply
9- Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends.
10- Prepare Summary Sheets for all construction activities (Welding, Hydrotest, Reinstatement, E&I installation activities)
11- Preparation of subsidiary plans (Vendor mobilization plan, E&I activities plan, Shutdown Plan)
Team member of the Projects & Planning department present at the construction site of Dahshour compression station (Part of the Upper Egypt gas pipeline)
1- Preparing daily reports for the progress of construction activities.
2- Preparing regular presentations on the compression station.
3- Responsible for documentation of the project records
4- Revising construction schedule with respect to actual progress
5- Studying technical data for the upcoming commissioning, pre-commissioning and startup phase of the project
6- Studying technical data for process gas, fuel gas, fire fighting, instrument air cycles, potable water, and sanitary cycle.
Other tasks
Supervision on securing upper Egypt gas pipeline activities
Responsible for GPS data in the Upper Egypt region.
1- Preparation of road map and prefeasibility study for the construction of the first concentrated solar power plant in the Tunisian desert
2- Planning for erection and operation a 30 kW wind power station at CITET Tunisie
