• Coordinate and report all supply chain activities for assigned ship.
• Monitor and control spare parts and consumable delivery, reporting weekly to
supply chain management and production team.
• Manage the kitting of spares, tools, and consumables with the warehouse team,
reporting weekly and coordinating mobilization on technical stop site.
• Manage the supply chain team on board the ship during technical stop.
• Identify and record item discrepancies with the quality team through the non-
conformity process, and coordinate with the back-office team to resolve
issues.
• Manage activities through CMMS.
• Participate in warehouse and activity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all Naval Group safety measures.
• Contribute to process improvements in industrial support and supply chain
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NGEG procedures.
• Monitor and verify the delivery and compliance of supplies.
• Assess and qualify suppliers.
• Conduct site surveys and daily controls.
• Ensure compliance with NGEG quality standards and industry regulations.
• Collect and compile quality data.
• Ensure that supplied materials meet quality standards.
• Identify and declare all non-conformities.
• Cooperate with Quality Assurance Engineers to analyze non-conformities.
• Support the quality department in assessing and improving NGEG procedures.
• Manage equipment calibration and collect quality records.
• Coordinate tracking systems for calibrated equipment and tools.
• Support the quality department in measuring customer satisfaction.
• Manages purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor relations.
• Sources new vendors, compares offers, and selects the best ones.
• Enters and maintains accurate inventory data in a computerized system.
• Monitors spare part availability.
• Compiles invoices and prepares monthly/annual sales reports.
• Delivers and picks up parts for vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
• Maintains up-to-date stock control systems and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Oversees receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implements and oversees operational and security policies and procedures.
