Senior Pre-Sales Engineer: Key responsibilities:
• Engage with the customers to develop trusted technology advisor relationships with key decision makers.
• Work with customers to discover and gather technical and business requirements
• Architect solutions to meet customer requirements within industry and technology best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions
that accurately address customer needs.
• Helping customers creating and responding to technical and commercial aspects of the RFI/RFP/RFQ.
• Develop technical roadmap for the overall solution including HLD, SOW, BOQ and BOM.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to educate customers of solution and service benefits relevant to their
business and technology needs and goals.
• Assist Project managers with project plan, direction, and evaluation with the requirements, and timelines.
• Liaise with customer and internal staff throughout project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Share knowledge of product benefits and capability in ongoing training sessions with technical and Sales staff.
• Working closely with the vendors and customers to get the best discounted prices by having products

protection and working on providing the best deals prices.
• Perform proof of concept for customers.

• Performing Presales activities: Conduct POC, develop designs, build BOQs & BOMs, write
proposals, engage with customers, and understand their requirements, and deliver product
presentations.
Senior Systems Engineer: Key responsibilities:
• Project leader for VMware, Nutanix, HPE SimpliVity & Veeam.
• Responsible for Storage, Backup, Virtualization & Hyper-Converged systems Projects implementations
and achievements.

systems everyday needs & problems.

• Support clients in VMware, Nutanix, Cisco Hyper-Flex & Veeam Backup everyday needs &problems.
• Support clients in Flex Systems, storages, tape libraries & servers everyday needs &problems.
• Support clients in IBM high end power systems and AIX.
• Main Projects:
o Nutanix AOS with VMware vSphere (Metro Availability & Async DR configured for Production, HA & DRSites).
o Cisco Hyper-Flex with VMware vSphere (Replication configured for Production & HA Clusters sites).
o Cisco Blade Servers Chassis with Fabric Interconnects (UCSM).
