Sales & Performance Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques. Track branch performance metrics, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies as needed to drive growth.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for families and children.

Inventory & Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock deliveries, and oversee the organization of the storage area. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure all merchandise is correctly tagged and displayed.

Budgeting & Financial Management: Control operational expenses, including labor costs and inventory expenses, while maintaining profitability. Assist with financial reporting, preparing sales forecasts, and managing branch budget.

Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Ensure promotional displays are executed in line with brand guidelines.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.

Collaboration & Reporting: Communicate regularly with head office and senior management to report on branch performance, customer feedback, and any operational challenges. Participate in meetings to align branch strategies with company goals.

Community Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local communities and families. Organize events or participate in initiatives that promote the brand within the local area.
