• Plan the production team, required equipment and materials to produce different products within the schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving the productivity with extensive quality
• Responsible for purchasing all materials, control inventory and raw material handling project, ensure stock level in place for day to day items.
• Review and approve the shop drawing before submittal to consultant and start production.
• Ensure that orders completed in the scheduled time and as per the Specification

-Coordinate between the factory departments (machinery, carpentry, paint, upholstery,
Gold leaf. packing …….. etc.
-Supervise production for wall cladding, Counters and office furniture including outdoor cladding using Wilson Art solid surface and H.P.L.
- Train the team to use Wilson Art materials and technique (thermoforming, jointing…etc.)
- Supervise and manufacture template for solid surface thermo forming.
- Planning for projects and estimate material, Tools and equipment to be used on site
-Prepare cutting list and material sheet.
-Follow up with metal subcontractor and coordinate between all activities to complete the projects including high quantity of retail shops and restaurant
-Study projects from BOQ and prepare shop fit out drawing according to the consultant drawing.
-Oversee Autocad operator drawings and provide them with all manufacturing details.
