 Work with sales and technical team to provide equipment and technology research, coordination with vendors and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).

 Selection and qualification of equipment and software required for custom integration solutions.

 Approach the customers to get full technical details about the project and the customer needs.
 Follow up customers to get their feedback on quality of service support.

 Provide technical expertise & training to customers and operators.

 Keys Management support on Thales HSMs products.

 Hands on experience for Digital Signature & PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) Solution.

 Knowledge of wireless encryption and authentication methods.

 Have a good knowledge about OTP (One time password) solutions for internet banking & mPOS (mobile point of sale) using Hardware and Soft Tokens.

 Have a good knowledge about PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

 The main project for the company in Egypt is the National Egyptian Secured e-ID card System.

The production system is designed, Installed, and maintained by G&D in 10 regional sites distributed allover Egypt.

 Maintaining high levels of support and security to the Customer CSO (Ministry of Interior-Civil Status Organization).

 Cairo Personalization Production Center Resident Supervisor and District Management for remote production Centers (Ismailia - Zagazig - Mansoura - Tanta).

 Monitoring and Maintaining High Technology Integrated Laser Engraving Machines (Laser Technology- Spectron Laser System) and (Mechatronics & Pneumatics Festo Systems), up to level 3 support.

 Solid Hands on Experience in troubleshooting Mechatronics (Electro-Mechanical) Systems, Siemens and Omron PLC.

 Handling system Errors running real time operating system (VxWorks).

 Installing and Maintaining Data Capturing system (Imago Enrollment kits).

 Overseeing the production process of the ID-Card, starting from data capturing, through personalization process, till the Quality assurance process and the dispatch delivery note, troubleshooting any Electro-Mechanical errors
related to the production process to minimize downtime and troubleshooting any communication errors Related to Regional database feedback (DB2 feedback).

 Overseeing the Archiving process of the data (Images - fingerprints) after the production Cycle from the remote production centers, troubleshooting LAN - WAN errors related to Archiving System, and managing Regular Backups from the Archive Servers.
