1- setting goals for sales force. 2- planning, budgeting, forecasting and organizing a program to achieve those goals. 3- implementing the program, controlling and evaluating the results. 4- provides input to the sales director regarding corporate market status and changing customer needs, for the preparation of the yearly sales plan and communicates any updates on regular and timely basis. 5- seeks and continuously develops knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics. 6- overall bidding / tenders activates. 7- assist in debit collections from customers. 8- operating lease with all related contacts & agreements. 9- handles customer objections, negotiations and assist the sales force in the closing phase.
Responsible for the efficient management and coordination of all administrative showrooms activities. Ensure the showrooms environment at all times reflect the image of the company. Achieving sales and cost budget goals.
Aiding the sales administration by tracking and completing the sales and closing process, assisting sales executives in the sales process, facilitating training, coaching and consoling of sales representatives.
Practical training to issue aircraft maintenance engineer license under supervision of the Egyptian civil aviation authority.
