Facilities
• Managing the entire operations of a Mobile team consists of 90 staff performing
the required FM services for 32 contracts including all Hard Services such as AC
and MEP
• Managing 165 contracts with 54 specialists for different services (Hard & Soft)
including but not limited to Cleaning, Pest control, Security, Fire systems,
CCTV, Generators, UPS units, Elevators, Chillers, Cooling Towers, water tank
cleaning, Façade cleaning and many others.
• Fully responsible for controlling the projects Financials; through preparing the
Annual budget, monitoring the profit & loss reports Monthly, preparing &
reviewing the monthly Fixed & Variable claims/invoices, following up with the

client and Finance department for payments and applying optimization plans
when required.
• Maintenance of a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors
engaged by the company and fully aware of Company/Client KPI’s, EHS & Q
policies.
Achievements:
• Synergy: Created and applied a Synergy plan between the mobile teams and the
static teams within MAF Malls. Synergy had helped the company in achieving
manpower optimization, improving time response for shops RM requests in the
malls, contributed in saving the environment by reducing vehicles fuel
consumption and also reduced the annual costs by 400K.
• Manpower reduction: I could reduce the company overall manpower cost
during Q4-2016 by 3% through studying the staff performance and yearly
average evaluation to remove the low performers and increase the Synergy
between the remaining sites and staff members to ensure the service delivery.

• DS150 -Jabel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant: Jebel Ali STP is D.M. project of
300K m3
/day. It includes Four Substations (11KV and 6.6KV) with three
main feeders from DEWA, 25 Power Transformers and more than 50 LV
MCC panels
• City Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City-Dubai: Modern Hospital consists of
2B+G& 10 Floors can take more than 500 patient.
• Ibn Battuta Gate Towers; Offices and Hotel.
Job Description and Duties:
• Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings for electrical substations (MV and LV),
Lighting, Small power (sockets and A/C), cable routing and Single line diagram
and load schedules from draft stage to obtaining approval from the Consultant.
• Carry out electrical calculations such as powers transformers sizing, power
cables sizing, voltage drop calculation, circuit breakers sizing, lux calculations
and DC batteries sizing.
• Supervising the installation of substations including Switchgear boards, Cables
(MV & LV), Transformers (3.2, 2.5 & 1.6MVA) and MV Ring main units.
• Installation of Earthing and Lightning Protection systems for Electrical
substations and LV rooms.
• Performing the tests for cables such as continuity, insulation.
• Installation of Final DBs, light fittings, industrial power sockets and A/C split
units.
• Submitting shop drawings and RFIs to the Consultant to obtain approval
• Responsible for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems: supervising installation
of Fire Alarm system, Nitrogen system for substations and Deluge system for
transformers.
• Testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipments (Motors, Pumps
...etc) and instruments during operation
• Monitor and operate the Plant from Control room (DCS).
