Responsibility for three assignments Specified in ( Led Screen Manufacturing, furniture Manufacturing & Aluminium Profiles manufacturing ) 1- apply a lateral approach to cost planning in order that the different characteristics of the project can be taken into consideration 2-Study cost data to find cost estimate relationships and build cost estimate models. 3-apply cost control and earned value techniques to monitor, assess and forecast project performance 4- implements the process & teach people and bring everyone on board. 5-Determine the activities that are not yielding benefits and emphasis on improvising the cost control. 6-evaluates the contribution made by a product or product line to the profit

1- Participating in preparing the budget (with sales, planning, production, financial
departments.
2- Maintaining and improving the standard costing system
3- Determining O.H rate & Analysis according to Cost drivers set.
4- Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by
Product, Customer, sales man and segment.
5- Create a consolidated budget version for management approval
7- Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and
report on significant variances & Comparing between the static budget, flexible
budget and actual results.
8- Update the budget model as requested to account for significant changes in the
business environment
9-Supervising the team to generate variance reports to operation management.
10-Pricing products to achieve Margins required

1- Gathering appropriate information to input in budget plans.
2- Maintaining standard costing system Completely .
3- Provide timely, relevant, insightful analysis of forecasts compared to actual.
4- Monitoring ( Capex ) capital expenses.
5- Investigating Production orders variances line item then report them to operation
management.
6- Determining O.H rates according to Cost drivers sets .
7- preparing income statement (Gross profit & Contribution margin ).
8- Participating in pricing products with my team.
9- Managerial reporting about production utilization, Equipment Efficiency .
10- Reporting all types of variences reports and trying all the time to keep business
close to standards to keep sustainable growth of profit.
11- Monitoring Stock control by following policies of stocking.
