Main Responsiblities:
º Sourcing Active/ Inactive raw materials and supplier selection.
º DMF technical details revision.
º Revision of pharmacopeial, forum, or DMF analytical methods for raw material or finished product.
º Setting raw materials, Intermediate, and finished product specifications.
º Formulation and process development of generic products comparable to their brands.
º Preparation of lab scale trials and pilot scale batches.
º Scale up for Solid Dosage Form Products (Compression, Coating, Granulation, Drying).
º Troubleshooting Manufacturing processes of solid dosage form drug products.
º Equipment and Process validation for solid dosage form products (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
º Supervision on batches manufacturing of solid dosage form drug products in production departments for our customers.
Main Responsiblities:
º Troubleshooting Manufacturing processes of both semi-solid and solid dosage form drug products.
º Supervision on batches manufacturing processes of both semi-solid and solid dosage form products in production department.
º Formulation & process development of new products.
º Transfer & monitor scale up in production area.
º Raw material procurement / supplier selection.
º Setting raw materials & finished product specifications.
º Preparation of lab scale trials and pilot scale batches.
º Writing up Master Formula & BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
operate and monitor the water treatment utilities in the company.
operate and monitor the process of mixing liquid colors.
Process and control design for Heat integrated chemical processes to reach optimum energy saving and optimum production.
Process design for chemical, biochemical and physical processes to produce output products from input reactants by using chemical equipments.
