* Applied the American general contractor (Northrop Grumman) quality policy for each structure and set the
plan and the procedure to be followed to control the quality.
* Checked the quality plan for Accommodation Buildings, coordinated field test, inspections and documented
it in QC reports, for compliance with Northrop Grumman system and procedures.
* Observed on-site materials tests for compliance with standards, and coordinated special inspection and
testing performed by third parties.
* Initiated Non-Conformance reports (NCRs), and wrote inspection reports.
* Took care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results and
inspection requests.
