- Prepare Training Needs Analysis, Competency Matrix, and annual Training Plan.
- Monitor the design, delivery, and presentation of training programs
- Ensure training plan programs implementation with alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.

- Monitor the progress of the On Job Training "OJT".

- Support in writing Policy and procedures and provide improvement recommendations
- Company-wide System admin for e-Learning Platform.
Gathering & identifying training needs.
Assessing the annual training requirements based on training needs to develop the annual training plan.
Arrange and execute training programs/courses.
Reviewing and reporting the training performance periodically
Analyze reporting data, design and develop dashboards and other solutions.
Preparing Individual development plans for new hires with follow-up.
Design, implement, & manage eLearning Platforms (Coursera)
handling the Onboarding of new hires (Induction & Orientation)
. Preparing various HRD reports and analyses for HRM & HRD Heads on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Assisting the talent acquisition team with the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, phone call screening and arranging interviews.
Working with the Employee Relations team on leave managementt, new employees forms and files and documents maintaining on Oracle ERP.
Handling Ofice tasks, such as arranging meetings, and appointments, and handling all outgoing and incoming correspondences.
