- Prepare Training Needs Analysis, Competency Matrix, and annual Training Plan.
- Monitor the design, delivery, and presentation of training programs
- Ensure training plan programs implementation with alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Reporting and strategically analyzing data.
- Support in Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the Saudi Development programs (Saudi Young Professionals and Young Technicians) and its related activities, including achievements and concerns participants progress, performance, etc. Monitoring progress with applicants, Management. Work closely with the Human Capital and communication teams to ensure the talent programs are well promoted and that achievements of participants are celebrated
- Monitor the progress of the On Job Training "OJT".
- Served as owner of relationship in the division regarding external audit and report of the PIF, Aramco and API
- Support in monitoring and organizing yearly budgets for the talent programs and work closely with the finance team to ensure all payments are paid on time
- Support in writing Policy and procedures and provide improvement recommendations
- Company-wide System admin for e-Learning Platform.
