2000-2003
I was proud to join Modernization Project in Eastern / Central Region Distribution Department since 2000 to 2003 which was the biggest project were implemented in the Distribution Departments as a Process Engineer. I was responsible for the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Commissioning for the following sites: South Riyadh Bulk Plant, Qassim BP, Najran BP and Sulayyil BP. Moreover, I‘ve been assigned as Terminal Management System (TMS) Administrator. I get certified as a TMS Administrator by SIEMENS Company in Germany. The certification includes the following items:
a. How to manage the Truck Loading System (TMS) in the bulk plant facilities.
b. How to add or change any new TMS equipment (e.g. hubs, workstations, servers…etc).
c. How to make the trouble shooting for any problem for TMS software and hardware and how to fix it.

2003-2008
I joined SAP Applications Department on July 01, 2003. I worked with the Export Sales Project with the Movement Group on Quality and Inventory Management. I accomplished the following millstones:
a. Designing and implementing the Quality Management processes at 15 Laboratories. This includes; maintaining the Quality Management Master Data (Inspection Methods, Inspection Characteristics & Inspection Plans).
b. Documenting all the business process details using the Management Responsibility Matrix Forms (RMF’s)
c. Coordinating the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of this process.
d. LIMS-SAP Interface and translation table maintenance.
e. Set up the Silo Management Roles and authorization activities.
In addition, I participated to populate the lay time & demurrage terms and conditions (Freight Contracts) on all the Sales Contracts in Hydrocarbon Production system (PRO) and I generated most of High Level Design (HLD) numbers for all Design Team Members in PRO system.
Moreover, I worked with Yanbu Refinery Supply Chain Management Project with the Movement Group. I completed the analysis for the existing reports for Yanbu Refinery and I did the catalogue for these reports.
In addition, I worked with Sales and Marketing Group in SAP HCM Division to support the Local Sales functionality and remedy tickets.

2008-2014
Currently, I am working with Western Region Distribution Department (WRDD) in Jeddah as Terminal Management System (TMS) Administrator. (Back to my old experience in 2000 up to 2003 in TMS)
In April 2012, I participated with Aramco Team to evaluate the upgrade project for TMS Honeywell System at India, Pune.
In June 2012, I participated with the commissioning team for Additional Capacity Project Phase II at Duba Bulk Plant.
In December 2012, I participated with the commissioning team for Additional Capacity Project Phase II at Abha Bulk Plant.
From March 2013 to December 2013, I participated in the preparation and the implementation of Demilitarized Zone system (DMZ) at all Western Region Distribution Bulk Plants to secure the TMS network from any virus attack.
Now, I am working with Project Management Team to close all exceptional items for the above projects and support all WRDD Bulk Plants as Terminal Management System (TMS) Administrator.
I worked with Computer Support in Ministry of Defense in Riyadh as LAN Administrator
