- Holding Branch level A - Medium.
- Sitting target limits for the branch's personnel and assuring aligning the target to the bank's overall target.
- Preparing the branch's marketing plan.
- Maintaining customer’s relations and ensuring compliance with preset quality measures.
- Reviewing, auditing and approving the sensitive and strategic transactions which take place in the branch.
- Responsible for employee’s appraisal and evaluation.
- Preparing periodic statistical reports showing the performance of the branch compared with the overall target to upper management.
- Monitoring the performance of the branch's employees.
- Providing financial solution to the bank's customers based on the understanding of their needs and in accordance with the bank regulations.
