Facilities Management Corporation
1. Develop and supervise the installation of new equipment.
2. Produce cost estimates and schedules for installing new equipment.
3. Plan and manage maintenance and inspection schedules for engineered equipment.

14. Monitor and measure processes by developing and implementing statistical process control.
15. Ensure that maintenance of assets and components comply with manufacturer standards, regulations, and NGHA requirements.
16. Serve as reviews/meetings/visits to site and quality control to watch the test.

23. Ensure all U&M sections are fully applying safety requirements.
24. Develop systems of control for effective use of labor resources.
25. Develop performance indicators for effective monitoring, ensuring appropriate work measurement and safety.

27. Ensures that policies, procedures and processes are in place to maintain National/International accreditations JCI, CBAHI.
28. Ensures that the department risks are covered under the NGHA safety plans.
29. KPI’s reporting of maintenance hours per shift, staff performance, equipment downtime, work order backlog, number of reported accidents & Incidents and percentage of work orders progress. 30. Develop, implement, continuously improve, monitor, and report performance-based metrics, KPI’s, and Service levels of the U&M.
Utilities and Maintenance Department
1. Assigns Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, & Corrective Maintenance.
2. Create Input asset data and planned maintenance for database program of maintenance ERP in accordance with manufacturer's recommendation.
3. Conduct in site commissioning & testing for new projects mechanical equipment & systems with reverence to international standards and codes.
4. Prepare the major overhauling scope of work, identify the hold points and checklist.
5. Prepare the new maintenance projects scope of work or specification sheets.
6. Troubleshoot failures and complete repair of equipment including: pumps, hydraulic systems, valves, piping, seals, bearings, etc.
7. Maintain for Emergency Generators off-on load and yearly PPM & prime power generators.
8. Supervise PPM of fire pumps system and rotating equipment.
9. Participate in root-cause analysis study & failure investigation related to mechanical system.
10. Conduct reliability studies of mech. equipment.
11. Writing periodic reports, memorandums & plans of progress to department director.
12. Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities.
13. Recording & keep proper history technical doc. for break down, repairs and preventive actions.
14. Requisitions of spare parts, materials & equipment, with specifications & quality.
15. Confirmed the readiness of backup spare parts in the store.
16. Finding solutions for problems and develop emergencies plans.
17. Giving technical maintenance support to on site activities and ensuring that the correct components and procedures are followed to ensure quality control.
18. Making sure all safety precautions taken.
19. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
20. Staff guiding, coaching and training.
21. Prepare and complete yearly technician evaluation reports.
Project Task Force and building services Department
1. Assisting the supervisor in guiding staff, distributing, examining work, and directing crew operations
in the absence of the supervisor.
2. Help the maintenance supervisor in various maintenance projects such as preventive maintenance
of building components.
3. Manage and operate all construction equipment and mechanical hand tools.
4. Repair buildings mechanical systems.
5. Repair of ventilation, cooling, and other systems.
6. Light maintenance of electrical systems as replace lamps and sockets, clean and repair circuit
breaker panels, etc...
7. Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
8. Manual repairs as repair locks, window replacement, paint, carpentry, etc...
9. A quick response to the concerns and demands of the end-users.
10. Fabrication and welding works with general reforms
11. Turning machines works for medical devices and all kind of parts.
Logistics and supply chain
1. Arrange to prepare vehicles insurance, fuels contracts, MVPI inspections and vehicle ID renewal.
2. Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
3. Carryout regular vehicle visual inspections for accident and abuse, take appropriate corrective action
where necessary.
4. Specify the correct vehicles for any specific job application.
5. Keep / maintain Fleet vehicles (in general) and distribution vehicles (in particular) in a clean, roadworthy
condition and presentable according to company policy.
6. Keep / maintain historical records for own vehicles, leased vehicle labor and general assets.
7. Monitor spare parts stock levels to provide optimum parts availability with minimum holding cost.
