Main Responsibilities (Origination & Execution):

- Investment banking advisory including Debt Advisory (Debt Capital Markets, bonds/sukuks, bilaterals, syndicated debt and debt restructuring), Equity Capital Markets, M&A advisory.

- Ensured preparation of high quality pitches, and marketing and other transaction related documents, which includes but not limited to Confidentiality Agreements, Engagement Letters, Teasers, Information Memorandums, Industry Studies, Simple and Complex Financial Models, Deal Pipeline and Client Status Reports.

- Ensure timely response to queries from clients, investors, bankers and network officers.

- Manage and maintain a strong client base network across the GCC.

- Generate business development ideas through research and networking.

• Taught several Banking courses including ‘Bank Lending’ and ‘Risk Management and Financial Institutions’ for Bangor University Program
• Conducted various courses for NCB, KSA
• Prepared coursework projects and evaluations including quizzes and final exams and graded coursework projects and final exams.

- Managed a portfolio of assets & liabilities relating to assigned relationships with a focus on maximizing earnings and growth & minimizing default risks for the bank.
- Assessed market and implemented strategies to penetrate and optimize relationships by quality asset selection and structuring of appropriate credit facilities.
- Handled a diverse portfolio of large corporates across various sectors including Manufacturing, Contracting, Trading, Services & Real Estate.
- Prepared and presented credit proposals and ensured completeness of documentation, validity and compliance to the credit policies and procedures.
- Implemented follow up mechanisms to ensure utilization of credit facilities are in conformity with the approvals while retaining the desired level of credit quality.
- Developed & penetrated new target markets and established borrowing relationships with several key new clients.
- Updated senior management on the performance of the portfolio including the key decision drivers of performance & risk on a periodic basis.
