Currently serving as the Mega Project Manager of Major Projects for the Private Sector and
Quality Manager in Laboratories at Alessa Industries, where he played a key role in
establishing the Major Projects Department and strengthening partnerships with Vision 2030
companies, as well as the real estate, commercial, medical, and industrial sectors.
He led the company’s expansion, successfully attracting over 100 major companies on
vendor list and increasing the value of pricing requests for major projects from SAR 50 million
to over SAR 250 million in 2024, achieving a growth rate of more than 500%. Additionally
with reference projects Airport terminal five, Kaust, KFMC, KFRC ETC.., he worked on
developing laboratory accreditations, digitizing the quality system, and attracting external
clients for testing and certification services.
He spearheaded process improvement initiatives in the manufacturing industries with
clients and suppliers, leading to a minimum annual cost saving of SAR 40 million.
He has represented the company in forums and exhibitions, participating in workshops with
the National Centre for Environmental Compliance regarding Saudi Arabia’s commitments
to the Montreal Protocol to reduce ozone-depleting substances.
Previous Experience:
Worked at ARAC Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Co. in various leadership positions, gaining
extensive experience in quality, manufacturing engineering, project management, and
strategic planning. He also possesses expertise in real estate marketing and commercial and
industrial brokerage.
Professional Experience:
Bringing over 19 years of experience in both private and government sectors, with a strong
track record in business development, strategic planning, profitability transformation, and
enhancing operational efficiency and quality.

Khalid has advanced steadily within the organization starting his career having received numerous promotions in quality and notably chose to lead as Quality Manager‎professional with +15 years of experience in HVAC industrial demonstrating year-over-year improvement of
cross-functional e‎xperience in the f‎ields of Plastic industrial technologies, Quality Control Management, Projects Engineering ‎& Safety Management, all with strategically ‎oriented company.‎
He has on hand experience in quality management system implementing, developing, monitoring, execution, improvement efficiency enhancement QMS, he has proven record of successful achieving accreditation from Saudi accreditation center at Oct, 2021in HVAC lab.
In the time being I am looking for a new challenging managerial position, one which will make best use ‎of my existing skills and e‎xperience
and also stimulate my personal and professional development.‎

Hold the responsibility of project engineering and coordinate all the activities of Air Handling Unit Factory to assure the right streaming of the Demand Flow Technology DFT which includes eleven shops ( Press, TIG welding, MIG welding, fin coil, balance, dumper, foaming, DFT “Demand Flow Technology” line assembly, electric shop, electric, quality, project & engineering design ) for general supervision of most phases of plant operations including: scheduling, coordinating, production, quality control, , receiving, and shipping. . Responsibilities include, all the safety supervision and implementing the safety rules to ensure safe working place.
