• Assist the set-up process of the company & operations (operational processes, policies & procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, staff recruitment, training, selection of suppliers, local regulatory requirements’ etc.)

Key Responsibilities
•Administer and control operations of the central workshop catering to companywide fleet of vehicle and equipment's
•Assess & recommend facility requirements, optimum manpower, equipment and tools to support workshop operations
•Define operational parameters & ensure strict adherence thereof for achieving highest levels of operational eficiency
•Prepare maintenance budgets for the workshop, and administer/control expenses to remain within budget
•Create and implement maintenance schedules, repair/overhauling/modification programs, failure analysis & corrective activities in the entire maintenance set up in the workshops, and documentation thereof
•Implement and ensure compliance of Best Maintenance Practices at workshops to enhance reliability standards
•Plan, organize and supervise the daily routine work, maintenance programs, preventive maintenance programs for all types of equipment and vehicles
•Plan and consolidate spare parts and consumables requirements, raise purchase requests, assist in procurement process, liaise with vendors for on time delivery, and supervise/maintain inventory for day to day operations
•Analyse scope & deliverables of work programs, and plan manpower and resources required to execute the program
•Proactively identify risk elements of the jobs, and put in place risk mitigation plan for safe & timely turnaround of jobs
•Liaise and work with OEMs and specialist vendors on major overhauling, maintenance and repair programs
•Supervise performance of each team member and external agencies in ongoing maintenance programs, and ensure all the established policies, procedures and systems are strictly followed
•Take all technical issues to successful resolution, and escalate critical/major problems to senior management
•Monitor and maximize utilization of manpower, spares and consumables to achieve highest standards in productivity
•Inspect ongoing and finished jobs against plan and quality targets to achieve results within set timeline
•Ensure all programs are supported by appropriate logistics, tools, support services and safety plan
•Identify skill gaps of technical staf, and organize training programs to enhance staf competency levels
• Looked after maintenance of company’s fleets at sites and 6 workshops in KSA ensuring maximum availability
• Monitored and controlled expenses within allocated budget by controlling costs and utilizing resources effectively
• Reviewed and enhanced maintenance capability to reduce downtime and support business continuity
• Devises and executed Reliability Improvement Strategy for the entire portfolio of fleet to improve reliability
• Defined KPIs across entire operations of the Division, and controlled team performance to achieve targeted KPIs
• Implemented & managed QHSE practices in maintenance at all levels to achieve incidents free work environment
• Allocate resources and operatives necessary for the maintenance of fixed & mobile assets
• Provided periodic performance reports of assets including status of operational and financial performance
• Analyzed and evaluated new processes, controls and equipment to improve reliability and efficiencies of operation
• Supervised and managed Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance activities are executed in a manner which results in maximum availability of assets, improved efficiency, safety, quality and continuous improvement of the facility
• Supported hiring/purchase of vehicle & equipment as well as technical purchases relevant to the vehicle & equipment’s
• Oversaw transport department, equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance and equipment sale plan
• Provided primary leadership to all planning, technical and execution aspects of maintenance of equipment & facilities
• Manage mobilization & demobilization of assets and resources within international locations as per projects schedule
