• Responsible for financial clearance settlement (end of service, resignation, vacation)
• Managing payroll process for all organization employees (our
sponsorship, third party sponsorship)
• Single Point of Contact (SPC) for all employees travel arrangements through Employees Affairs Office and Government Relations Office
• In charge of reviewing and approving all transactions to the Finance Department
• Ensure employee’s compliance with the Company Policy and Saudi Labor Law
• Implementing HR guidelines and enforcing penalties
• Part of the team that championed the implementation of a new Oracle ERP system to facilitate HR processes (recruitment, payroll, financial settlements, etc.)
• Responsible for accepting or rejecting the loan requests based on the company policy
• Helped in creating and applying new mechanism for overtime hours limitation and approval circle
• In charge of coordinating due dates for financial affairs (e.g. changing salary cut-off dates)
Managing the processes of external & internal training programs.
Responsible for recording the training program data in the ERP system (Oracle).
Handling the closing of the training program.
Selecting & evaluate the employees training program.
Communicating with the training centers through multiple channels.
Collecting & auditing the invoices for the training program.
Responsible for the payment processes (ERP system & ETIMAD Platform).
Define the needs of the COOP students for the next year.
