HSE Manager (HSE Country Lead) for KSA & Jordan
Conduct HSE training for the company employees, PMC/PMT and contractors “HSE induction and all other HSE topics. Conduct HSE facilities /camps audit and auditing contractors training program. Coordinate all HSE training documents, records and reports. In charge and assign as HSE trainer for “client fresh graduate program” to conduct HSE training for client employees. Participate in incident investigation.
Acting as HSE lead for HSE departments for two month, passing with company through several audit; The Saudi Food & Drug Authority “SFDA” and other governmental authority, Insurance company and international pharmaceutical company.
Leading the department and the team, managing the HSE department budget, represent HSE in all meetings; management, governmental authority and international pharmaceutical company.
SNC-LAVALIN ARABIA/ SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering SLFE (PMC Wasit Project, Saudi ARAMCO) PMT.
• To Ensure the contractor are conducting and executing the JSA / Safety action plans for all critical tasks that are planned on project.
• Review cranes site inspection and lifting plans.
• Report Safety incidents and Safety concerns to ARAMCO (PMT) HSE Manager.
• Participate in the safety incident investigations.
• Ensure implementation of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and contractor is updating the Emergency Plan in various site conditions.
• Ensure implementation of Safety induction, training & awareness program.
• Review night work radiography, confined space and other permits requirements and make sure everything is in line with project procedures.
• Participate in Saudi ARAMCO PMT weekly area safety assessment and give score.
• Participate safety meetings with contractors and make contributions.
• Ensure complete implementation of all corrective actions and recommendations resulted from safety auditing and incident investigation.
• Compiling HSE based presentations and presenting them in the meetings and investigations. Also compiling weekly and monthly statues of Observations as per classifications for submission to PMT.
• To participate in weekly PMT senior management meeting and discuss safety issues of concerning projects, progress meeting.
• To participate in daily training class and take training classes for Aramco PMT HSE supervisors, E learning.

• To Supervise Aramco PMT HSE Supervisor assigned in different projects.
• To approve daily observations downloaded by supervisors and to send NCR, s to Concern Contractor regarding safety .

• Attend HSE Weekly meeting with the Clint
• Identifying Potential hazards on new work activities before work commences.
• The site area safety organisation and fire protections required.
• Analysis of information on injury, damage, and production loss, assess accident surveys and inspections on regular basis to ensure that safe working practices are in operation.
• Reviewing any corrective actions recommended eliminating or minimising incident causes.
• Supervising the recording trends and reviewing overall safety performances.
• Ensuring in the training of employees to incident prevention and
• Co-ordinating incident/accident response including first aid, rescue, Establishment of preventive measures
• Maintaining high safety standards
• Ensures that personnel act in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System requisites of the company.
• Managing the health and safety of personnel at the workplace.
• Evaluating the company's safety manual and makes sure that all personnel understand the policies and regulations.
• Carrying out research and informs personnel about new safety policies.
• Oversees the emergency response at the company and designs safety strategy.
• Planning and implementing safety and emergency training.
• Orientation and implementation of the safety procedures of international standards and particularly plant safety procedures.
• Orientation and implementation of life line system, body harness and high evaluation works working plant forms, lifting equipment and rigging procedures.
• Sand blasting procedures and safety precautions should be taken.
• Scaffolding inspection, ladder safety procedures, and isolation, holding system and grounding procedures.
• Do routinely check up on Fire Prevention Equipment such as Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkle Systems etc.
• Weekly & Monthly Walk down around the Site along with Senior Safety Advisors including Site Manager & Project Manager.
• Reviewing the lifting Plans & Comply all the Safety Cautions.
• Conducts Fire Prevention and Evacuation training for Project Employee's.
• Conduct weekly safety toolbox meeting with supervisor-crew.
• Prepared weekly, monthly Project Safety Statistics on daily basis.
• Take care of work permit to ensure work is done safely and proper precautions.
• Special Attention to Confined Space Entries to ensure all Safety Compliance.
• Daily controlling the job site hazardous like Unsafe Act, and Unsafe Condition.
• Daily must be considered required on to the Environmental & wind velocity.
• Daily updated all the Inspection on work site & save it’s whenever required to review.
• Ensure that Always maintain good HSE( Safety Health Environment)
• Investigation all serious accidents, Incidents, Near Misses and injuries.
• Organizing the boost meeting on site as per client requirement.
• Monitoring and Teaching to all workers at the job Site.
• Planning and implementing safety and emergency training.
