Credit Analyst

REFERENCES
Ensure completion and review of all balance sheet reconciliations and identify and
communicate.
Liaise effectively with finance constituents on financial accounting and reporting
deliverables, issues and process improvements.
Special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
Manage the corporate relationship base of the assigned Team / business portfolio.
Conduct spreading of company's financial statements and industry analysis of
corporate/commercial customers and analyze in a comprehensive write-up to assess the
financial risks & Prepare credit proposals and short-term proposals.
Maintain accuracy in spreading & quality analysis.
Turn around credit proposals and short term credit proposals within benchmarked time
frames.
Develop marketing plan & implement it as per agreed objectives in order to maximize
profitability & achieve business growth.
Follow up on documentation, submit the required documentation for approved clients to
Credit Risk Management & Advances Division and follow up on sanction limit.
Follow up on client’s day-to-day transaction requests.
Follow up on timely submission of reviews for renewal of facilities. Raise questions for in-
depth analysis of customer’s requirements.
Analyze account position and highlight strengths/weakness in account conduct. Follow up
on execution of customers' transactions.
Address issues related to quality financial analysis.
Request and follow up on regular credit check on clients with other banks.
Maintain proper and efficient filing system by daily update to the file. The files to be
maintained and updated in order to allow easy reference.
Follow up with other support departments for problem solving & liaising with Relationship
Managers for decision-making.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by
management.

Responsibilities:
Spread sheet and Analyze corporate financial statements.
Prepare and update documentary check-list of new and existing facilities and lodging the
securities.
Monitor ongoing basis risk relating to credit and country and gather/provide information
on borrower and background/business activities of relevant industry. Check the terms and
conditions as sanctioned against proposals requested as well as ensuring the accuracy and
timely dispatch of acceptance fax.
Prepare forms/returns as requested by Auditors both external and internal.
Prepare and update Maturity Profiles as well as Quarterly performance list.
Prepare of worksheets/charts/graphs showing the statistical figure of new business.
Prepare and update Mark to Market profiles as a monthly basis to know the incomes and
the profit.
Prepare the income sharing and front & fee as a monthly basis.
