- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Insure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Meeting and Growing revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Planning sales and business development opportunities, including supporting local sales and service teams.
- Budgeting for the above functions.
- Negotiation and maintenance of sales or service contracts.
- Training new members of the Team.
- Driving the implementation of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in sales in the allocated market.
- Creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge.
- Provide accurate and timely forecast’s using the appropriate sales tools and processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects and Leads.
- Work with Customers to ensure fulfilling their needs accurately.
- Administrating military teams in terms of providing them their needs to ensure their improvement on the field.
- Taking full responsibility of doing a quarterly evaluation to know which level that the team(s) has/have reached.
- Report to Chief.
- Managing sales team of six representatives.
- Motivate them to achieve our target before deadline, which we always achieve.
- Having the right people to achieve our goal is part of my role.
- Report to CEO in China.
