Trading Business Management System
This system aims to build solid databases to manage the activities of different commercial companies. It covers all possible activities from the company's processing of the materials it handles until delivery of the goods to consumers, all traditional information are satisfied.
The system works on internet, the local network or even a single PC according to the size of the company's activities. If large number of companies could use it as single database, the system will isolates the information of each joint company from the rest Companies, which could contacts each other’s using advertisements and emails maintained by the system.
The System designed using latest version of oracle database, its applications could operate on any application server, and it has tested on open source java glassfish 5 web server. The system has all possible web applications for PCs, tablets and smartphones to maintain the possibility of managing company data overseas at any time by authorized employees.
It has been implemented on LAN, but the recommended environments, is to deploy it to oracle cloud and offers its jobs as SaaS

• Datacenter designing at Iraqi trade ministry which covers all aspects of head office, its main offices, and governmental companies related to the ministry. the applications are designed to work overseas. the operations of the datacenters were designed to be centralized and decentralized, so its consist of oracle database(s), the core of data hold by the head office, each company related to the ministry has its own database (decentralization) which connect online to the head office server. roughly speaking the system consist of oracle databases, oracle web server(s) which are oracle java applications (i.e. oracle glassfish server), other applications are mixed of plsql and java scripts. The main system maintained by the datacenters:
1. Financial resources managements which is designed according to the governmental policies.
2. Human resources management system which holds all aspects of such traditional system i.e. employee’s data, their salaries, wages, and other data and activities.
3. The most important job of the datacenter is the paperless management system which tends to eliminate the needs to the papers within the governmental offices. The system stores one copy of documentations (with any extension, which means it could be any multimedia object or even if it is an executable program) at a central point, distribute them to authorized users or departments, classify documents logically, arrange them in logical folders, grouping related documents to each other’s …etc. Any piece of information could be linked to the appropriate documents on any application within the datacenter.
4. Economical activities of the trade ministry and the related companies are maintained by the datacenters which covers all data about materials, material suppliers, manufacturers, contracts, shipments, shipments distributions, siloes and stores managements, agencies, and all polices arrange the relations between the ministry and its related companies and the customers or even all pupils because it’s a governmental treatment.
5. All mentioned systems and others are interacted through a standards schema which obeys the ISO standards maintained by the datacenters.
The responsible team start implanting the mentioned functionalities at the head office since the beginning of this year 2016.
• Designing and implementing a company’s registrations system at the head office at Baghdad. The system covers all governmental policies about the subject, its maintains companies’ data, registration agencies data, and maintains all the governmental needs about the subject. The design is done using oracle database and oracle web server, it could by working overseas. It works probably since 2014.

• Designing and implementing the core of data network belongs to grain board of Iraq, using Microsoft active directory network policies. Its work probably since 2007.
• Designing and implementing of grain movements and storing system for grain board of Iraq. It covers all aspics of the subject around Iraq, the design was supposed to use a server working with informax_4gl under UNIX as the core machine using patch processing method, while data are collected from siloes using PC’s working with informax_4gl under MS DOS.

• Lecturing on so many oracle courses at governmental and private sectors.

• Designing of the managements of architectures projects company activities using oracle database and oracle web server. Its covers all tradition aspect of any company deals with architectures projects.

• Working with a team of Triumph Adler of Germany, Designing and implementing of traditional stock system covers all aspics of importing, storing, distributing, and supplying goods to customers at Iraqi consumer goods organization. The system was designed using assembly language working on machines under resident monitor. It’s probably at stores and showrooms belongs the mentioned organization.
