1- Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
2- Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
3- Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
4- Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
5- Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
6- Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
7- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
8- Develop asses and implement project management processes.
- Developing quality documents such as Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Method statements and approval from Client.
9- Review of Subcontractors Contact Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Procedures.
10 - Raising and resolving Non-conformance reports.
11 - Review of materials and consumables Test Certificates. Ensure that the Internal & External Quality Audits are carried out as per the Schedule.
12- Ensure project quality and execution procedures conform to International Standards
13- Supervise the Site Team & Assure that the project Proceeding according to specifications and on time .
- Handled the projects of Low Voltage & Security Dept.
- Supervise the Engineers on Site & Arrange Continues Sites Update.
- Follow up all Projects Main Documentation & Phases Update till Handover.
- Coordinate with Design Team & Pre-Sales Team to ensure that all specifications.
