Key Accomplishments:
• Working with planning group as planner for executing a wide range of finance and accounting functions like financial reporting, overseeing project accounts while ensuring strict conformance to organizational policies/ procedures and all accounting standards.
Key Accountabilities:
• Administering day-to-day accounting functions like general reviewing cost rack-up and cash flow, allocation of expenses and vital adjustments to journal entries, cost-cutting methods, etc.

• Updating systems for the payroll of staff/labour - registering advances/loans, salaries raises/allowances and employee settlements, while ensuring smooth disbursement of staff salaries and other obligations including taxation and social security.
• Providing accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for the company to provide clear insight into its financial condition to assist high quality and agile decision-making.
• Providing strong support to management in ensuring the financial domain of the organization is organized, well structured, defined and complies with all regulatory requirements and generally expected internal controls.

• Managed entire spectrum of all accounting functions including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts receivable and payable accounts in addition to analysing the veracity of transactions recorded across various books of accounts maintained.
• Supervised entries of a travel agency, customer/vendor invoices, receipts, petty cash and any other finance-related document and processed all transactions after thorough checks.
• Judiciously handled petty cash, reconciled monthly bank statements & maintained requisite file folders, financial databases, computer software systems & manual filing systems.
• Provided accurate and timely financial reports, monthly expenditure status, and purchase requisitions status for the travel agency to provide clear insight into its financial condition to assist high quality and agile decision making.
