• Serve as the lead interface with government and regulatory authorities — including Riyadh
Municipality, Royal Commission for Riyadh City, SEC, NWC, and GACA — managing all
communications and submissions to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and building permits for
large-scale national projects.
• Lead the design compliance and review process, ensuring architectural deliverables meet local
authority codes, municipal regulations, and project-specific guidelines.
• Drive the approval and permitting strategy from initial submission through final approval, coordinating
clarifications, addressing authority comments, and maintaining full compliance with evolving
standards.
• Successfully secured building permits for multiple Qiddiya and Ministry of Sports, through proactive
engagement, and strong stakeholder coordination.
• Contributed to major national projects for Qiddiya (Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, National
Tennis Center, Grand Hotel), Sports Boulevard Foundation (Global Sports Tower, Amphitheatre),
Ministry of Sports (King Fahd International Stadium, King Salman Stadium), and Diriyah
(Amansammar, Oberoi Hotel & Residence).

• Served in both the Permitting Department and the Compliance & Building Control Department,
contributing to the full building approval lifecycle from design review to construction verification.
• Reviewed architectural drawings to ensure full compliance with the Saudi Building Code, Riyadh
Municipality regulations, and Wadi Hanifah guidelines.
• Verified ongoing construction works against approved drawings to ensure adherence to design intent,
safety standards, and regulatory conditions.
• Participated in coordination meetings across departments and presented large-scale and special
projects to higher management to support decision-making.

• Assisted the architectural team in preparing design drawings, detailed plans, and 3D visualizations for
residential and commercial projects.
• Supported concept designs and client presentations, contributing to design discussions and
coordination between disciplines.
• Gained practical experience in design documentation, presentation standards, and project delivery
